These terms apply from 17 October 2026, which is also the date of the latest update.

1. Introduction

Welcome to RoadsterAI. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the flying-car video template offered at roadsterai.video (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Service Description

RoadsterAI currently offers one tool: the Make My Car Fly video template. You upload two photos, one of you and one of your car, review the model and settings, and the Service renders a short vertical clip, about 10 seconds long, in which you walk to the car, get in and the car lifts off into the sky. There is currently no text-to-video mode, no prompt box and no image generation. Any new tool will be covered by updated Terms before it goes live. Rendering requires a signed-in account and enough credits from a plan or pack. While the template is in final testing, renders may be unavailable.

RoadsterAI is an independent template site and an interface layer built on third-party infrastructure and AI model providers. It has no affiliation with Tesla, Inc. and is neither endorsed nor sponsored by it; Tesla and Roadster are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. The video engines offered in the maker, labeled Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5, are ByteDance Seedance video models accessed through the API provider Kie, and they use the uploaded photo directly as the visual reference. Model availability, names, capabilities and providers can change, and unless we say otherwise, RoadsterAI has no affiliation with or endorsement from those providers.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or surprising, and it may look similar to content made for other people. Review every clip before you rely on it, publish it or share it.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must have the legal capacity to agree to terms like these. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
• Make sure the details on your account and your billing information stay correct.
• You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and for all activity under your account.
• Let us know at support@roadsterai.video immediately if you believe someone else has used your account.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

You keep any rights you lawfully hold in the photos you upload and the clips you generate. It is your responsibility to make sure your inputs, and how you use your outputs, comply with the law and do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights. In particular, a photo of a person may be uploaded only if it shows you or an adult who has agreed to appear in a clip, the car shown must be one you are entitled to picture, and you must not present a generated clip as real footage of any vehicle, company or person. Where a platform offers an AI-generated label, we ask you to use it.

To render, store and display your clips, you grant RoadsterAI and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process and display your inputs and outputs, solely to operate, secure, troubleshoot and support the Service. This license gives us no ownership of your lawful content.

The Service itself, including its software, interface, branding, documentation and original site content, belongs to RoadsterAI or its licensors. Unless the law permits it or we agree in writing, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape or commercially exploit the Service.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, Billing, and Cancellation

• Billing authorization: By buying a subscription or credits, you authorize the payment provider shown at checkout to charge the price displayed, any applicable taxes and any recurring fees disclosed to you.
• Automatic renewal: Monthly and annual plans renew into a new period automatically unless you turn renewal off. The billing interval and price are shown before you pay.
• Cancellation: You can cancel in the subscription management portal or through the cancellation option in the pricing or account area. Cancelling stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Credits: How many credits a render uses depends on the model and settings you pick. Credits stay with the purchasing account and lapse according to the dates listed on the pricing page or at checkout.
• Payment processing: Payments are handled by Waffo Pancake or the processor named on the checkout page. Card numbers go straight to that provider and never sit on our servers.
• Refunds: Eligibility and the request process are described in our Refund Policy. These Terms do not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.

If a charge looks incorrect, please email support@roadsterai.video before filing a payment dispute so we can investigate.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

This section is the Acceptable Use Policy. It applies to each photo you upload, each clip you generate and any effort to slip past our safety measures.

You may not upload, generate or help anyone else upload or generate the following:

1. Sexual or NSFW content: Pornography, nude or sexually explicit clips, sexually suggestive scenes, sexual services or fetish material. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, and any grooming or exploitation of minors.
2. Violent or graphic content: Graphic injury, gore, torture, glorification of violence, terrorism or violent extremism, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, or content intended to threaten or facilitate physical harm.
3. Hateful or abusive content: Anything that targets people for a protected characteristic by attacking, harassing or dehumanizing them, or by urging discrimination or violence against them.
4. Deceptive impersonation or deepfakes: Non-consensual intimate imagery, misleading portrayals of real people, impersonation, identity fraud, or deepfakes meant to mislead viewers about a clip's origin or authenticity. This includes using someone's photo without their consent.
5. Intellectual-property or privacy violations: Anything that breaches someone's copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights, exposes confidential information, or violates other proprietary or personal rights.
6. Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity: Content that breaks the law, enables scams or phishing, spreads malicious code, promotes regulated wrongdoing, exploits vulnerable people, or is designed to deceive or cause harm.

You also may not bypass safety filters, test or interfere with the platform's security, automate unauthorized access, scrape outputs at scale, resell access without our permission, or use the Service in violation of applicable law or card-network rules.

7. Content Review, Reporting, and Enforcement

Uploaded photos and generated outputs pass through automated safeguards. Those safeguards are a mix of blocked-word lists, machine safety classifiers and each model provider's own moderation layer. Because no automated system is perfect, flagged or reported content may be reviewed further.

To report prohibited content, a suspected impersonation, a child-safety concern or an infringement, email support@roadsterai.video with the subject Content Report. Include the relevant URL or account details, a description of the issue and any screenshots or evidence. We aim to acknowledge reports within three business days; reports involving child safety or a credible risk of physical harm are handled first.

Depending on severity, history and applicable law, we may refuse a request, block or remove content, limit features, suspend or close an account, preserve relevant records, or report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. Accounts involved in child exploitation, terrorism, credible threats, fraud or non-consensual intimate imagery may be suspended immediately. To appeal an enforcement decision, reply to the notice or contact support with the relevant details.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain and share personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that uploaded photos and related request data may be shared with hosting, storage, safety and AI model providers where needed to run the workflow you chose.

9. Service Availability and Changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Models, features, credit prices, limits and availability may change. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service to keep it secure, reliable, compatible with providers or legally compliant. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular result from a photo or template.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

As far as the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and any promise that AI output is accurate. Nothing a model produces should be relied on as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoadsterAI and its affiliates, service providers and personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from the Service. Any right or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude continues to apply.

12. Suspension and Termination

You are free to leave the Service whenever you choose. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account presents a fraud, abuse, security, legal, payment or policy risk. Account closure and personal data deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service, our providers or the law change. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new date at the top, and we will provide extra notice of material changes where the law requires it. If you keep using the Service once a new version is in force, you are accepting that version.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before starting a formal claim, please write to us so we have a chance to resolve the issue informally.
